Kevin Richards is a provincially appointed Bailiff and is an expert in commercial distress and tenant default remedies under the Commercial Tenancies Act. Kevin is also well recognized for his diverse knowledge of vehicle and equipment repossessions under the Personal Property Securities Act. Kevin is also a Certified Personal Property Appraiser.

Kevin began his profession as a bailiff in Toronto, Ontario in 1997 and has been in the auction liquidation business for 15 years. Kevin is a former director, secretary and president of the Ontario Bailiff’s Association and a proud Rotarian.
