Kevin Richards is an expert appraiser and has successfully completed the Certified Personal Property Appraisers Course and is a member in good standing with the Certified Personal Property Appraisers Guild.

Kevin is a consultant and speaker on the Personal Property Securities Act, The Commercial Tenancies Act and The Bailiffs Act and has been doing appraisals since the mid-1990s.

Kevin designed a course that is a continuing education credit for the Ontario Real Estate Association on Commercial Leasing and Default and has extensive experience in a variety of appraisals.
